The Teen Mom 2 star revealed her pregnancy earlier this year, but explained that she plans on keeping the father's identity a secret until she is ready.
Throughout her pregnancy so far, she has been dropping major hints via social media of the man's identity.
A fan tweeted at the pregnant MTV star with a photo of an unknown man asking if he is her third baby daddy.

She replied, "Nah," and including a laughing emoji face.
On Snapchat, Kail gave away the biggest hint yet! She captioned a photo of her bare growing bump saying, "Baby Lo." Fans are speculating that Chris Lopez is the father.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Kail's publicist, Casi Densmore-Koon confirmed, “The father is a friend Kail was briefly dating."
