Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry’s newest baby daddy, Chris Lopez, has finally spoken out about the birth of their newborn son.
The proud dad, who is known for keeping a low-profile, took to Twitter to convey his excitement, tweeting, “My lil man put a smile on my face every time I look at him lol.”
The MTV star gave birth to her third child — her first with Chris — on August 5.
As TM2 fans know, Kail and Chris are not together and leading up to her delivery the two had quite the bumpy relationship. Kaily even previously admitted that Chris “comes around when he wants to.”

“There were periods where we didn’t talk,” Kail told . “But that doesn’t mean he didn’t care about his child. It was more about him and I.”
While Kail and Chris haven’t had the best relationship, he was the only one by her side in the emergency room when she gave birth to their baby boy. “I’m so glad that he came,” Kail told Radar.
