Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry announced they were divorcing after nearly 4 years of marriage while he was still deployed. Now that he has returned home after 7 long months, the two had to figure out a custody plan over their son, Lincoln.
“Me and Kail agreed to 50/50 with Lincoln,” Javi told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “So every other week I get him.”
After a 7 month long deployment, Javi returned home and was finally reunited with Lincoln and former step-son Isaac.
“Seeing the boys was great,” he said. “They are the reason why I do what I do so I've been spending any free time with them.”
Kail and Javi decided to split while he was still deployed, so now that he is home, he has been busy moving his belongings into his own home, which has been "stressful."

“From the move and adjusting back to the real world, I’m tired,” he said.
As seen on Teen Mom 2, Kail and Javi were struggling to agree on having more kids.
He admitted that he didn't want a divorce and he wanted to keep his family together.
