Kailyn Lowry is about to welcome her third child with her third baby daddy, but her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, just sent Teen Mom fans into a panic!
It all started with the reality star's selfie of himself wearing a very noticeable watch.
"Still wearing the watch I bought you?" Kail wrote in Javi's comment section. Say WHAT?!

As Teen Mom fans already know, Kail and Javi were married for nearly 4 years before calling it quits in May of 2016.
At the moment, she is currently weeks away from giving birth to her third child, with her third baby daddy.
