Kail has been very vocal on Twitter lately about the comments people have been saying about the baby's gender. One tweet she wrote reads, "People are so rude. 'Omg you're so swollen in the face' lmao thanks! I'm only 7 months pregnant."
Another one says, "'You must be having a girl, she's taking the beauty out of you' hahaha sorry I don't wear make up and do my hair every day!" Ouch!
