The Teen Mom 2 star is currently on vacation with Isaac and Lincoln in St. Thomas and it looks like they are enjoying every second of it!

Prior to her vacation with the boys, Kail jetted off to Puerto Rico for a solo getaway, since the boys were with their dads.
The MTV star is expected to give birth to her third child within the next few weeks.
