Kail shared a few moments from the small get together, and fans were quick to notice what appears to be a mini wine beverage in the bottom corner. However, she was not seen drinking anything alcoholic.
As seen in another photo, Kail's BBQ had a few alcoholic beverage selections.
Following the Snapchats, fans took to Twitter to blast the MTV star and accuse her of drinking while 7 months pregnant.

One user wrote, "What a loser. She's really is just like Jenelle Evans. The 'high risk pregnancy' excuse can only get you so far."
Another tweet reads, "The bottle is right in front of her, but of course she's gonna claim it wasn't hers. Irresponsible!"
Kailyn has yet to respond to any of the tweets accusing her of drinking wine.
