She shocked fans by responding, "Yeah, I’m having twins."
While Kail isn't expecting another baby just yet and her response was just a joke, she has spoken about welcoming more children in the future!

On July 3rd, Kailyn admitted that she hopes to welcome a baby girl one day! The reality star was answering fans assumptions about her on her YouTube channel when she dropped the baby bombshell!
"That you really really want a baby girl soon," one fan wrote in. Kail was shocked to see that response! "I actually just said this! I really do," she said. "I don't know what it is! Everyone says you should be happy with what you got..I am obviously," she said. "If I couldn't have kids, I'm happy with my three boys but I do, I really wish I could have a girl at some point in life."
As fans know, Kailyn has three boys. She has a 9-year-old son, Isaac, with her ex, Jo Rivera, she shares her 5-year-old son, Lincoln, with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, and shares her youngest, Lux, with her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez.
