As fans noticed, Kail's 7 single men seem to resemble her ex-boyfriend and third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. The mother-of-three dated her now ex-boyfriend on-and-off for years.

Even though Kail is all smiles in the sneak peek clips, she admitted that she regrets doing the show! “I wasn’t thinking,” Kail told a fan during an Instagram Q&A. She even admitted that she wishes she never went on the show.
