In a sneak peek clip for next week's episode of Teen Mom 2, Kail dropped a bombshell about jail.
The clip showed the MTV star driving in the car on the phone with an unknown person.
"If I have to sit in jail for my month to experience a month in Hawaii, then you're damn f*****g right I'm going to go sit in jail," she said.
As fans watched on the previous episode, Kail was hoping to take the boys to Hawaii with Leah Messer and her daughters.
In the episode, she did admit that she would need to work out custody plans with all of her children's fathers.
As fans know, Kailyn has three boys. She has a 9-year-old son, Isaac, with her ex, Jo Rivera, she shares her 5-year-old son, Lincoln, with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, and shares her youngest, Lux Russell, with her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez.
Throughout the years, Kail's co-parenting relationship with Jo has had it's ups and downs. However, things seemed to change after the summer Hawaii trip, which she discussed on her podcast, Coffee Convos, in August 2019.
Kail explained to her co-host, Lindsie Chrisley, that the two are allowed to take Isaac on vacations, however, they both need to follow certain rules.
“We have to write a 30 days notice for vacation. First come, first serve," she said on the podcast.

Adding, "So if I put in my 30 days notice before he does or anyone, it’s mine."
She further explained, “Originally I was going to go to Hawaii July 5th to 20th, which is two weeks. I realized that first week of July was my week with her children, and Leah was going on the 1st. So obviously I wanted to go and be with them the first week. It was my week anyway, I changed the dates after I submitted my 30 days notice.”
The biggest problem surrounding Kail's trip...the Fourth of July! According to the custody agreement, they share holidays by altering years, which she admitted she "didn't realize."
This past Fourth of July was Jo's year and when she texted him asking if she can pick Isaac up early to make their flights she allegedly replied, “No, the 4th of July is mine.”
Kail admitted, “Jo said he he could see me in court.” At the time, Kail was unsure of the outcome, but claimed, “There are two incidences that I could file on contempt on Jo and I haven’t.”
Over the years, Kail's relationship with Jo's wife, Vee, has gotten a lot better and the ladies have learned to communicate with each other. Vee is also responsible for making Jo and Kail sit down together to hash out their issues!
Despite her issues with Jo at the time of their battle over Hawaii, Kail didn't want Vee involved.
At the time, Vee was set to appear on Kail's podcast, but backed out due to the conflict.
“I hate Jo’s guts right now but I’m not here to put Vee in the middle,” Kail said.
At the time of recording, Kail said, “But while Jo and I are having issues, she’s not going to come out on the podcast. I run off at the mouth all the time. While I am taking full accountability for this, I do feel like I understand where she was coming from and not wanting to be a part of it because of the issues with Jo.”
