"My friends really came through to help me get stuff done around the house today @rach_spaceee @hayter25 and Alex #thankful," she wrote. Aww!
As fans may know, Kail is expecting her third child with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez.
Kail has two boys already, Isaac and Lincoln, from previous relationships. Just like her boys, she is waiting to find out if her third child is a boy or girl until she gives birth.
