The actress, who filed for divorce from her ex Ryan Sweeting, learned this week that she was going to be keeping her $72 million from Big Bang Theory thanks to her iron-clad prenup.
She and Karl were spotted shortly after the great news out in New York, and Kaley looked cute in a black-and-white outfit she paired with Converse sneakers.

Karl, on the other hand, was a bit more formally dressed in a tan suit. And he’s definitely keeping her happy, after she announced during an appearance on CBS This Morning on Tuesday, “I'm excited to see what the future holds. It happened, and now I have to say I'm happier than I've ever been."
Speaking on her relationship with Ryan, which ended after 21 months of marriage, the 30-year-old admitted, "You know what, I'm not ashamed of anything that happened. I fall in love really hard, I do. I go deep. That person is it for me. And I love hard, and when it's over, it's over, and some people make mistakes.”
