The singer and actress were seen leaving the Hyde Sunset in West Hollywood in the late hours and seemed to be laughing and flirting.
Kaley recently announced her divorce from Ryan Sweeting in the fall, so it was only a matter of time until she found a hot new babe to date!

Sam is also single, too! The last reports about him dating were last year after being seen with Andi Dorfman, but he told Entertainment Tonight in August that he's definitely single!
