Southern charm! Over a year ago, country music star Kane Brown, 26, purchased a 30-acre property in White Creek, Tenn. And now that he's finally settled into the new space with wife Katelyn Jae, 28, and their 10-month-old daughter, Kingsley, the "Be Like That" singer has listed their former residence in nearby Franklin — which he purchased in 2018 — for $910,000.
"Huge shout out to everyone who helped make my dream truck come to life," Kane said on Instagram, showing off his humongous ride in the driveway.
Before putting the house on the market, Brown rented it out to fellow country star Jason Aldean, who needed somewhere to bunk while his own place was being renovated. On the main level of the 4,493-square- foot abode is the family room, along with the kitchen, which features wood-beamed ceilings, stainless steel appliances and a large center island. You’ll also find the spacious master suite, complete with an extra-flexible area that can be used as a sitting room or an office. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms (all with walk-in closets!), a playroom perfect for kids of any age and a large bonus space.
Room for two! The master bathroom was designed with dark fixtures and features dual sinks, a deep-soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench.
The family room leads to this gorgeous wraparound deck with recessed lighting and an outdoor fireplace.
The phrase "This is perfect" is mounted above the bed in the modern master suite, which boasts wood beams and a raised ceiling. So serene! The enchanted forest-themed nursery features a sky-high ceiling with a chandelier, baby Kingsley’s name in neon lights and animal decor.
