You can’t sit with us! The future Mrs. Angela Renee Kardashian, a.k.a. Blac Chyna, may need to think twice before changing her name.
The Kardashian sisters have teamed up against their future sister-in-law to prevent the reality-star from profiting off of their name! According to docs, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian have filed an opposition to the new mom’s official request to trademark and profit off the name “Angela Renne Kardashian.”
The sisters' claim, Kardashian fans would be “likely to mistakenly believe Applicant is affiliated with or endorsed by Opposers…which it is not,” the sisters’ lawyers stated.
Not only that, Kim, Kourt, and Khloe’s filing states that Chyna’s new name would harm their hard-earned credibility.
The sisters “will suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the Opposed Mark is allowed to register,” the lawyers added.
Chyna originally filed the trademark docs to make money off of her name back in May, shortly after she became engaged to Rob Kardashian.
