Kourtney may be the sister who most believe is all natural (except for her boob job which she admitted years ago) but is it true? Not according to one plastic surgeon!

Kim has dealt with it all, and was accused of wearing butt pads while heading to Khloe's birthday bash, but she quickly shut down that rumor.

"Another day, another crazy rumor!" Kim wrote on her app. "Apparently, I was caught wearing butt pads." She went on to admit that while she doesn't wear pads, she does wear shapewear! She added, "I don't wear butt pads! At this point, I think everyone has seen my butt naked and knows I don't need them, LOL!"

It's true, we all have seen her butt at this point thanks to her endless racy photoshoots.

While she may continue denying she has gotten work done on her famous figure, what about that face? Dr. Zara Harutyunyan with L.A.'s Cosmetic Rejuvenation believes Kim definitely upgraded her look! She told Radar, "Overall, I suspect Kim has had a rhinoplasty to make her nose slimmer and the tip more pointy. It also looks like she's had a chin augmentation using dermal fillers such as Radiesse, or Voluma." Kardashian has previously admitted to getting injectibles herself, but denies other major facial work.

Remember when Kylie Jenner pretended her lips were only noticeably large because of makeup tricks? Kylie later admitted she actually got temporary lip fillers.

So what about the rest of her shape? Kylie has promoted a butt creme on Instagram, but we have a feeling she's been using more than just creme! A source told OK! exclusively she has altered her butt, and much more!

And let's not forget about those wigs! Kylie has been altering her hair for years, but it's not her real hair! The teen has a personal wigmaker who has helped her pull off some of her most shocking looks.

Khloe initially lied about getting fillers in her face to her sisters when they questioned her about it on their family's reality show! But later she admitted on her former show that she did it before Lamar Odom had his health scare. "It did not work for me. I looked crazy, and I still think the effects are in there — I went to have it all dissolved like three times," she said on her since-cancelled talk show.

But what about that butt? Ever since she's gotten her revenge body, Khloe has had to shoot down the plastic surgery rumors. In 2014, she took to Twitter to deny getting butt injections. “Sorry 2disappoint… I’ve always had an ass. I know its more fun 2believe its not real, kind of a compliment since I kill myself in the gym. Look back at it kids…. Lol," she tweeted. But it's looking a lot bigger these days, KoKo!
