Nothing like a little afternoon run to jog all your worries away! Kate Gosselin took to the road yesterday in Wernersville, Pa., to sweat out any stress she might be under lately. Taking care of eight kids and furthering your reality TV career doesn't just happen, ya gotta work at it!

K-Goss also made time to pick up her kids from school, getting them all loaded into the family van and buckled in.
