Kate and Jon Gosselin are no closer to making their relationship work for the sake of their kids, and it turns out Kate once invaded Jon's privacy and had him followed by private investigators!

According to a police report obtained by RadarOnline, the 41-year-old mom of eight hired someone because she was concerned about his behavior around their children, namely their daughter Hannah.

“Katie said that she hired a private detective to follow Jonathan and she was aware that Jonathan was at the children’s school right now,” a responding officer wrote in a April 27, 2015 incident report from Manheim Township Police Department after Kate told cops Jon was exhibiting "suspicious behavior."

The report also claimed that Kate was frightened Jon would attempt to kidnap the now 12-year-old.

“Katie believed that Jonathan was guarding Hannah and feared that if he saw her or the police, he would take her out of school and flee," the report read. But a source told Radar that the claims were absurd. "It sounds like Kate is making up stories again."
