Nick, 23, and Kate, 36, were also spotted together in San Francisco enjoying Super Bowl 50!
A witness at the restaurant told Entertainment Tonight that they were seated at a romantic corner table and stayed for hours!

"They were among the last patrons to leave the restaurant just after midnight, and were then seen leaving together in a limo SUV,” revealed the source.
Recently, Nick spoke about Kate in Complex magazine calling her “incredible.” “We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that's beautiful,” he continued.
