If we needed any more proof that Kate Hudson can look sexy in anything, we just got it!

The 37-year-old actress displayed her buns while in Spain alongside friends, and her workouts are definitely working for her!

And while her bikini body looked amazing in her nude bikini, Kate decided to cover her skin up in mud as she and her pals had a mud makeover while on the island of Formentera.

Using mud on the body has a number of benefits, including drawing out the toxins and impurities, so of course the fit celeb would give it a shot!

But mud is not the only thing she puts on her body to keep it looking so good. Kate also revealed recently on Instagram that kitchen ingredient coconut oil is one of her go-to items.
