"Pregnant together," Kate captioned a photo of Danny with his stomach sticking out.
The happy couple is reportedly planning a wedding in the near future, too — maybe even before baby No. 3 is born. "Kate wouldn’t mind walking down the aisle super pregnant," a source previously told OK!. "She feels her best when she’s expecting."
