Kate Hudson was recently announced as the newest brand ambassador for WW — formerly known as Weight Watchers — and she is super excited to join the health and lifestyle company just three months after giving birth to her daughter Rani Rose. Scroll through to get all the details!
“It came at a perfect time for me, because at this point after having three babies it’s like sense memory. You want to start getting back into shape and to get strong again and focus on your own personal health,” the 39-year-old told People. “It’s hard when you have babies. Everyone comes before you, and you have to find that time to just focus in on yourself.”
The Fabletics founder, who has always been super adamant about the importance of health and fitness, took to Instagram about 8 weeks after welcoming her daughter into the world to share her fitness goals. Kate revealed that she is "looking to shed 25 pounds" before filming a movie in the spring.
Kate has also shared a few quick workout routines that her fans can easily do in the comfort of their home throughout the last couple of months.

The actress told People she has already started using WW's Freestyle program and barely had to change any of her eating habits.
“I don’t think it’s as much about changing anything, as it is about knowledge of the things that you love,” she said. “That’s the thing that sets it apart to me from everything else. This is about understanding your wellness. It’s about understanding your fitness activity, understanding your food, understanding the things that you love. It’s about how to balance.”
“I enjoy being disciplined. I enjoy being athletic, and I enjoy being active. So for me it’s actually kind of a fun time to challenge my body again in certain ways,” she explained. “After pregnancy, getting your body back into shape for me — especially in fitness — finding my stomach muscles again and pushing myself a little bit harder sometimes are things that I enjoy.”
