Kate Middleton is determined not to let morning sickness slow her down! The duchess, who is pregnant with her third royal baby, headed to the Lawn Tennis Association at the National Tennis Centre and worked on her fitness during her first solo appearance since the major announcement.

The 35-year-old was all smiles in her athletic wear as she made a few forehand strokes while taking part in a Tennis for Kids session in southwest London.

Unfortunately, the jacket she wore concealed her baby bump, but, we’ll be seeing more of it very soon, as it was revealed by Prince William and Duchess Kate when their baby is due.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2018,” read a statement posted on Kensington Palace’s Twitter account on Tuesday, October 17.

While Kate initially wanted to keep the pregnancy a secret for a longer period of time, she reportedly had to go public sooner due to the effects of hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe type of morning sickness. She suffered for the same illness during her first two pregnancies as well, and even ended up in the hospital for treatment the first time she experienced it while pregnant with Prince George.

But clearly she is a trooper and didn’t let anything keep her from watching the tennis demonstrations at the facilities and taking part in the action herself!
