She’s practically glowing! On July 3rd, Kate Middleton attended Wimbledon and looked incredible while doing so. While we all know how much the Duchess of Cambridge loves attending tennis matches, she made sure that nothing would stop her from showing up this year.
She revealed that her doctor previously banned her from attending Wimbledon since she was so close to her due date with Prince George. She told Sue Baker in the BBC documentary Our Wimbledon, “I was heavily pregnant."
So instead of attending the championship match in 2013, the Duchess of Cambridge had to respectfully decline.
It must’ve been a little heartbreaking for her to not have gone!

However she looked really happy attending the match this year.
In her interview with Sue, Kate also mentioned, "Being able to go into Wimbledon and be part of an amazing atmosphere is special. It inspires young people including myself.”
