Kate Middleton may be battling acute morning sickness, but she still managed to put on a happy face Monday morning! The Duchess made a surprise appearance at Paddington Train station in London, where she met — and even danced! — with the famous Paddington Bear. Although Kate has kept a low profile since announcing her third pregnancy last month, this marks the Duchess’ second appearance since World Mental Health Day last week. She and Princes William and Harry visited the station to meet with children and their families who partake in the trio’s Charities Forum. Kate couldn’t stop laughing as she got a kiss on the hand from Paddington.
She and Will were all smiles as they chatted with the cuddly bear.
Paddington even treated Kate to a dance!
She was a good sport considering she’s currently battling Hyperemesis Gravidarum, acute morning sickness that left Kate hospitalized while pregnant with Prince George years ago.

Too cute!
Her tiny baby bump was on display, too!
After her dance, Kate, Will, and Harry toured a vintage train, which children and their families got to ride out of the station. The trio’s Charities Forum worked with the film Paddington 2, which premieres in November, to put the event together.
