With royal baby bump watch officially underway, everyone can’t help but guess the gender of the Duchess of Cambridge’s second child. But the wait may be over! A source spilled that the royals will be welcoming a princess in April.
“Kate is ecstatic,” the source dished to Star magazine. “She was really hoping baby No. 2 would be a girl, and having it confirmed has given her a real boost!” The insider also confessed that Princess Kate “teared up and said, ‘I knew it.’”
Her handsome hubby Prince William and their 16-month-old son Prince George were also in attendance for the doctor’s appointment. “William and Kate couldn’t be happier,” the source explained. “George was too young to know exactly what was going on, but he’s learning a new word: sister.”

Margaret will definitely be a daddy’s girl, but don’t expect this princess to be sheltered! “She will teach her to do everything that Prince George will be encouraged to do,” the source said. “She’ll climb trees, ride horses and lead an active life. Kate says her daughter will be very much a 21st-century royal, and William is fully on board.”
