The fashion icon was photographed being escorted to her driver's car in the driveway of her home. She wore a trendy leather jacket and a warm grey scarf that was wrapped around her neck.
Kate had her blonde locks left down and she accessorized with a pair of black cat-eye sunglasses — most likely in attempt to keep a low profile.
Shortly after, the 44-year-old was all smiles as she enjoyed lunch with a group of friends at a boutique restaurant in the heart of London.
The blonde showed off her trendy and chic outfit which consisted of a comfy, fuzzy pink sweater, denim jeans and tall heeled, brown suede boots.
Kate clutched her brown handbag in her arm as she gave a mystery man a hug goodbye at the end of their meal.
