Being funny pays! Comedian Kathy Griffin is selling her Bel-Air mansion for $15,995,000.
The 59-year-old recently listed her gated eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate, which features a "sheer scale and brightness" that will "take your breath away."
The My Life on the D-List star bought the home in 2016, and at the time, she quipped that she was a fish out of water. “It’s a big middle finger to Hollywood and all of Beverly Hills and other snooty neighborhoods where I don’t really belong," she told PEOPLE in 2016.
She purchased the home for $10.5 million and referred to it as her "dream house."
The house is expansive as it's over 13,000-square-feet and has a wine cellar that is fully stocked. "If one more person is like, 'When are you going to fill it …' I’m thinking, 'I don’t know, when a thousand people come over?'" the Emmy winner joked.
The meticulously manicured grounds includes an infinity-edge pool with a pavilion and lounge space.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Ellisman are handling the listing.
