Katie Holmes' breakup wardrobe is on point! Just a few weeks after the A-Lister and her long-time boyfriend Jamie Foxx called it quits, she was spotted walking the avenues of Manhattan in a burnt orange outfit that showed off some major cleavage.
Katie, 40, is single and ready to show off all of her assets!
The Logan Lucky star looked amazing in a burnt orange dress which consisted of a deep V bodice with a matching bralette.
The bottom of Katie's ensemble consisted of a cotton and silk blend skirt in the same color as her top.

She also wore a simple black cross body bag on her shoulder and added a pair of beige colored block heels.
The 40-year-old accessorized with gold jewelry, pulled her dark locks into a sleek bun and attempted to keep a low profile with black sunglasses.
Since Katie and Jamie's breakup in early August, the mother-of-one has been showing some serious skin! On August 27 she almost had a wardrobe malfunction while spending the day with her daughter Suri Cruise and on September 4, she wore a plunging black dress to an event in NYC.
