Kesha has been entwined in a lawsuit with her former record producer over allegations that he "sexually, physically, verbally, and emotionally abused Kesha to the point where she nearly lost her life." Dr. Luke denied these accusations and had no choice but to countersue for defamation.
Now, according to documents from July 2017, Katy said in her deposition that Dr. Luke never raped or sexually assaulted her. Her legal team also accused Kesha of making up a rumor that he did sexually abuse the "I Kissed A Girl" singer.
The rumor circulated the airwaves when court docs showed a text message that Kesha sent to Lady Gaga, in which she claimed he raped Katy.
