ABC made the right move with an American Idol comeback, and no one looks happier about it than Katy Perry, who is one of the new judges on the panel. The "Swish Swish" singer made sure all eyes were on her as she strut her stuff in a metallic outfit in broad daylight.
The 32-year-old smiled big as she promoted the hit competition show, and told Good Morning America, “This is the dream team,” as she sat beside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan, who are joining her on the panel.
Katy certainly has a lot to be thrilled about, considering she reportedly is earning $25 million for her latest gig on the reboot.
In May, she told KTU radio, “I’m really proud that as a woman I got paid. You know why? I got paid, pretty much, more than any guy that’s been on that show. By the way, I love men. So I’m a paid woman and I’m ready for a beautiful man.”

Earlier this year, Katy split from actor Orlando Bloom after ten months of dating.
At the time, their reps told Page Six, “Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking a respectful, loving space at this time.”
