Earlier in day, Katy laughed while walking with Vanity Fair editor Derek Blasberg and showed off a sparkly diamond on that finger!

The couple first reappeared in the South of France on Roman Abramovich's mega-yacht, Eclipse, and displayed tons of PDA.
