"Kelly seemed wasted drunk and she was screaming and causing a scene,” an employee told RadarOnline.
“Kelly was having a calm night with her friends when a guy in the bar tried to put his hand up her skirt,” the source said. “Some heated words were exchanged, and it's no wonder. She's an Osbourne!"
Kelly Osbourne may have put her Fashion Police brawls behind her, but she’s still feisty! After a night out with friends, the reality star had a “heated” argument and caused a scene in a Los Angeles hotel bar.

The 31-year-old was seen outside the Sunset Marquis hotel June 16 yelling at a gentleman, in what witnesses called a drunken “meltdown.”
An insider told Radar that Osbourne was at the hotel for an auction to raise money for a charity and was “happy and celebrating” until an altercation with an unidentified male.
While Kelly’s rep insisted it “nothing more than an enjoyable night with friends,” onlookers said she had a “meltdown” in the VIP area where she was partying with friends and “people definitely noticed.”
