Kelly, 48, and Mark, 47, who are not shy about regularly sharing photos of her family and life outside of their busy work schedules, posted an array of pictures dedicated to their youngest son on Sunday.
"And then the newborn turned 16...," the Live with Kelly and Ryan talk show host said on Instagram. "Happy birthday Joaquin!!!"
"You are the gift that keeps on giving. We all love you more than words can say," Kelly lovingly added alongside a slideshow of throwback photos.
