Kelly Ripa thought she’d found the perfect replacement for her former Live! co-host Michael Strahan in Megyn Kelly, but the former Fox news host crushed her dream when she decided to join Today on NBC. And now, Kelly is terrified Megyn is going to steal all her morning viewers!
“Kelly thought Megyn could be a good fit. She had even considered renaming the show Live! With Kelly and Kelly,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. The show’s ratings skyrocketed when the political commentator guest-hosted the show.
However, Megyn soon joined NBC, leaving Kelly in the dust. “Now, it seems like Kelly feels...worried,” said the insider.

Claimed the source, “Kelly is making herself crazy that Megyn will cream her!” Kelly’s rep denies the rumors, but since Michael left the show in May 2016, his position has yet to be filled!
“Kelly is insisting they try out everyone to find the perfect person to join their team,” said the source.
