Kelly Rowland celebrated her 39th birthday on February 11 with her castmates from The Voice Australia! The “Crown” singer wore a cropped two-piece set for the first taping she had with her castmates for the upcoming season.
Kelly shared a video on her Instagram Story of her taking a “birthday passion fruit shot” and listening to music while she sat for hair and makeup. The “Crown” singer sported box braids styled with a half-up bun.
The Fabletics partner showed off her svelte figure in a matching crop top and shorts that had kiss patterns. Despite the glam outfit, she toned down her look with white high top sneakers.
Kelly and her castmates from The Voice Australia were reportedly taping the first round of blind auditions for season 9 of the series although the airdate season has yet to be announced. The Destiny’s Child alum has been a judge on the show since season 6.
The “Motivation” singer was spotted leaving the taping with fellow judge Delta Goodrem and cohosts Darren McMullen and Renee Bargh. “Happy birthday to the queen @kellyrowland so excited to be working together love,” Renee gushed on her Instagram Story.

Kelly shared a series of photos on Instagram of her chic outfit. “Birthday Behavior,” she captioned one of the pictures.
The 39-year-old’s Instagram comments were flooded with praise. Rachel Zoe wrote, “HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL.” Beyoncé’s prodigies Chloe and Halle Bailey commented, “Happy Happy Bornday!” Nicki Minaj said, “Happy Birthday pretty girl.” Charlamagne Tha God also praised The Voice Australia judge and wrote, “Happy Bornday Godiva Chocolate Goddess!!! Queen Tings!!”
Kelly’s birthday comes weeks after it was revealed that she is headlining Birmingham Pride on May 24, 2020.
In July 2019, Kelly sat down with OKMagazine.com and got candid about her busy schedule, admitting she struggled with balance. “Trying to balance it all as a woman, as a wife, as a mother, as an entertainer and still trying to be a friend — all of that is hard,” she told OK!. “The balance is the hardest part.”
