The new mommy has kept a pretty low profile for the past couple of months while caring for her newborn. But Rowland recently revealed that she is launching a 6-week workout plan with celeb trainer Jeanette Jenkins as she begins her post-baby workout plan.

The regimen, which Rowland and Jenkins have dubbed the “Get Your Body Back Challenge,” started on Monday Jan. 12. And Rowland has provided detailed nutrition and workout tips online for anyone else who wants to participate in the journey with her.
Rowland is known for her fit body, and the fitness plan incorporates several of the exercise videos Rowland has released with Jenkins!
From ab workouts to power yoga and cardio kickboxing, Rowland is employing a range of fitness programs to drop her baby weight. She was even spotted exiting the gym last week with Jenkins, proof that she isn’t taking her new fitness goals lightly. No need to hide, Kelly!
And seeing how slim Rowland looked while doing some last-minute Christmas shopping back in December, the beauty appears to be well on her way to an amazing post-baby body.
