The reality TV star works hard for her body! She told E! News she gets in a walk or jog everyday around her neighborhood.
Kendra went on the Atkins diet after giving birth to her second child in May 2014. The low-card, high-fat diet helped her lose 55 pounds in total.
She also does Pilates and barre workouts and kept up with a gym routine while expecting her babies.
