The 29-year-old is back in amazing shape after ballooning to 175 pounds while pregnant!
“I used to weigh 109 pounds, but after kids that’s just unrealistic,” the mother of two said. “Now 120 pounds is perfect for my new shape.”
She told OK! she got her figure back by following the low-carb Atkins Diet and daily gym sessions. “When I was pregnant with Alijah, I researched a ton of diets — I’ve never been on a real diet before! — and found that Atkins would be the best for me and my lifestyle.
