She gave her millions of followers a peek at her newborn daughter when she shared a photo of her tiny hand a week later.
The former RHOA star's post-baby life has not been easy, as Kenya revealed that she won't be able to walk for weeks due to a myriad of issues that occurred during delivery.

Luckily Marc has been there for her throughout not only her pregnancy journey but as a partner in life, and she thanked him for that in a beautiful post on her Instagram.
"It all started with you... If I had not met my king I would not have become a mother to the most beautiful baby I have ever seen," she wrote. "I am so thankful for you You two are my whole world. I love you Mr. Daly---Mrs. Daly."
