Kenya Moore has snapped back! The new momma used Instagram to show off her slim and toned post-pregnancy body and to let her followers in her weight-loss secrets.
In a side-by-side post, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star placed a picture of her pregnant and ready to pop alongside a current picture of herself in a skimpy white bikini.
“Thanks for all of the positive comments and direct messages about my 'SNAP BACK,'" she wrote in the caption. “I gained so much weight carrying my little bundle of joy but every pound was worth it when I look at her.”
Then she got candid about her process which involved working out, starting a detox program and using a vegan protein supplement as a meal replacement.
“Three months postpartum I’m starting to feel like me again!” she shared.
Kenya gave birth to daughter Brooklyn in October 2018 after a difficult delivery. The next month, she shared details about her tough road to recovery. “The reality is it will take weeks for me to be able to walk without the excruciating pain of a C-section and to heal from the multiple cuts to my uterus," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
