Jordy C had a relationship with the NBA star for an undisclosed period of time, but both erased one another from their Instagram profiles after their split, and Tristan, 25, moved on to Khloe over the summer. The beauty may not have millions of Instagram followers like the reality star, but thanks to her stunning bikini photos, she has nearly 250,000.
It's unclear when Jordy became pregnant, but on Sunday, she posted her first video showing her baby bump, and she appears to be several months along already.
