"I'm a huge believer of, it's not what you say but how you say it," Khloe said in the clip. "My family would say 'Khlo, you gotta lose weight because you're really hurting the brand,' and I was like, 'Okay.'"

"Like I understood that was coming from the management side of my family," Khloe said, "but it does hurt."
