The reality star has no plans to spend Thanksgiving with her estranged husband, and he will instead be joined by the mother of his children, Liza Morales, and their kids, Lamar Jr. and Destiny.

“Khloe has been told not to come to the hospital while she is battling her staph infection,” a source told RadarOnline.
On Tuesday, KoKo, 31, admitted her infection is healing, but since she is not 100 percent healed, she still has to stay away from the former NBA star.

So Liza and the kids are en route instead. According to a family source, “Liza and the kids are expected to arrive in Los Angeles late Wednesday or early Thursday morning. There was no other place they would want to be. It’s hard for the kids to see their dad continue to struggle since the drug overdose.”

And while Lamar is doing better, his life will “never be the same as it once was,” a source told People. “Lamar has made some progress, but his cognitive impairment is making life very challenging.”
