Khloe Kardashian has proved all her haters wrong with her new revenge body, and on her new E! show, which premieres next week, she told one contestant about her insecurities growing up. But this certainly is not the first time KoKo has complained about being the ugly duckling (turned swan).

In the preview clip, the reality star reveals, "I didn't get acne until I was in my 20s, which sucks and I was so insecure. And my sisters have had the most beautiful skin their entire lives, like not even a pore."

In 2010, Khloe talked about the harsh reality of being in her shoes as a teen, and said in an interview, “Having someone in your class call you fat, ugly, too tall and so on, you start to think all those things about yourself. “I've been bullied, basically, my entire life. I've been compared to my sisters since the day I was born. I don't look exactly like them... I'm bigger than them, but I'm me...I'm just always told how big I am... It's always something,” she continued.

And seven years after Khloe appeared on Celebrity Apprentice, sources claimed that Donald Trump made harsh comments about the Kardashian off-camera. He reportedly said, “Why don’t we fire Khloe? She is a fat piglet. Why did we get the ugly Kardashian?”

Late last year, she responded to the alleged comments, and said, “It’s not cool or appropriate for any person, male or female, to judge someone else by their looks,” she continued. “I find it really cruel. It’s wild.”

Of course now, Khloe is getting the last laugh, after hitting the gym to relieve stress following her split from Lamar Odom. And instead of being jealous of her older sisters, it sounds like they now inspire her, as she recently told People magazine that Kim is her “body icon.”
