Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her Holiday Diet Tips!

Khloe Kardashian is looking at fit as ever thanks to her healthy lifestyle regimen.
As the holidays approach, Khloe is giving her fans an opportunity to look and feel this good by sharing a few of her stay-healthy secrets!
In a new post on her website khloewithak.com, the 31-year-old reality TV star encourages her readers to indulge, but not too much, and to workout! “For me, there is no such thing as break from fitness – being fit is a 24/7 lifestyle! Of course, that doesn’t mean you can’t indulge a little bit during the holidays. It’s really all about balance!," Khloe posted. Check out some of Khloe’s hot Dos and Don’ts diet tips! –
“DO indulge! I eat what I want in moderation. It’s all about small portions. That way I feel good, I eat what I want and I enjoy the holiday.”

“DO prepare some easy, at-home workouts if you’re traveling and can’t get to the gym. You can do plans and squats ANYWHERE, so don’t tell me you can’t squeeze in a quick workout!”
“DO travel smart. If you’re traveling for the holidays, make sure you pack healthy snacks to keep you on track. I always travel with protein powder. Healthy snacks keep my appetite in check so I don’t binge.”
And lastly, “DON’T skip the gym! I work out on holidays, I work out on my birthday.” Khloe can’t stress the importance of working out enough. She believes it sets the tone for the whole day.
