Khloe Kardashian enjoyed some fresh air with her newborn daughter True recently, when she finally took her baby girl out for a lovely stroll around town after giving birth to her nearly a month ago.
Since giving birth to her daughter on April 12th, Khloé has only been spotted out with her baby daddy Tristan Thompson, who has been under a ton of scrutiny due to the multiple women he has cheated on her with during the time she was pregnant.
First, they were seen at a local restaurant together in Cleveland, and then she was spotted at one of his playoff games for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
This time it was a mommy-and-me kind of day, as Khloé was seen walking around her neighborhood in Cleveland with security there to protect her.

She kept the stroller covered up while out and about, and was looking in incredible shape post baby as she rocked a black t-shirt, leggings, and sneakers for the occasion.
Tristan was not with her for this moment, as it looks like his busy NBA schedule with the Cavaliers may have prevented him from enjoying some time out with his daughter.
So will Khloé stay in Cleveland once the basketball season wraps up to work things out with Tristan, or will she scoop her daughter up after its over and take the next flight out to LAX?
