"Everyone around Khloe is shaking their heads in disbelief, because only a few weeks ago she was seriously talking about leaving Tristan and starting again in L.A.," the source said. "Khloe is convinced they need to get married soon, too.”
The insider revealed that Tristan is on board and wants to get married soon. "He does love Khloe and has this way of manipulating her to get off his back when she’s feeling insecure,” the insider claimed.
The lovebirds are "looking at a small wedding ceremony over the holidays or in early 2019 at the latest." "Khloe reckons that’s the final cure to all their problems," the source told the site.

The NBA star and the reality star are also "actively trying" get pregnant again, according to the insider. They are already parents to their eight-month-old daughter True.
But the rest of the Kardashian clan isn't too keen on Khloe wanting another kid. "Her sisters are completely against her plans to have another child with Tristan... They understand that she wants True to have a sibling, but the fact that she wants to have another baby with him when she isn’t even sure that she wants to stay with him blows their minds," another source confessed.
