
Khloe Kardashian’s Trainer Reveals She Is Down 40 Lbs. Since True's Birth

Khloe Kardashian has been documenting her weight loss every step of the way since she gave birth to True Thompson five months ago in April. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had a super strict diet and exercise plan before her daughter and it looks like she’s back to business. Her trainer Joel Bouraima, known as Coach Joe, opened up about her journey.

“She’s lost 40 lbs. She’s back to right around where she was before the pregnancy,” he told People. Coach Joe also works with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, who she shares True with.

He continued, “Now that she’s reached this point, she wants to lose more, to be fitter than she was before the pregnancy." The reality star wants to shed at least 10 more pounds.

“She’s proud of herself. And she uses workouts to feel better. If she feels bad, she does a workout, and boom! She feels better.”

Khloe, 34, appears to be putting the pressure on with herself, “She was always able to upgrade the workouts. And that’s why she reached the goal she wanted so quickly.”

Next step for Khloe “is to add a little bit of definition on abs and arms. She likes the triceps to be cut!”
