After Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom separated, the reality star was very vocal about how she used the gym as her outlet to relieve stress and anxiety. Now, she looks and feels better than ever, having attained her revenge body, and she’s encouraging Rob to do the same.
“I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body,” she explained in a new blog post on her website.
Rob has been struggling with his weight over the past year, and it reportedly began after his nasty split from singer Rita Ora. His health is now so bad that he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes just last month. So Khloe wants him to hit the gym—hard.
“It’s a little silly but true. There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You’ll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that’s bound to make your ex do a double-take,” Khloe added.
Khloe recently wrote a memoir, "Strong Looks Better Naked," which chronicled her weight loss journey and getting the best body possible after her split. She even has a new show coming out, aptly called Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian.
